Paul Arrington, MPM®, RMP®, Owner/Broker, CAM - Florida Licensed Real Estate Instructor, Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker - Paul Arrington is the owner of PMI Arrico Realty and Property Management and has years of real estate and business experience. This experience along with operations expertise, accounting and financial experience, legal knowledge, and solid business accumen, are all core requirements to a solid and successful property management firm.
Paul is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, Florida Licensed Community Association Manager, Florida Licensed Real Estate Instructor and is also an Instructor for the National Association of Residential Property Managers. He is also the Qualifying Broker for eight Property Management Incorporated (PMI) Franchises as well as the Regional Mentor in the state of Florida for PMI.
Paul was the Founding Chairman of the Greater Tampa Realtors (GTR®) Property Management Task Force and President of Tampa Bay Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®). He has earned the Master Property Manager (MPM®) and Residential Management Professional (RMP®) Designations and PMI Arrico has earned the Certified Residential Management Company (CRMC) Designation through NARPM as well. He serves on the (GTR®) Property Management Task Force and also serves as a GTR Realtor® Ambassador to MacDill AFB, FL.
