Kelli Segretto, CPM®, is the Founder of K Segretto Consulting and has over 20 years of experience in the property management industry. She has worked with property managers in all 50 states and in 8 countries; developing tools and best practices which leverage technology to create solid operational foundations, provide stellar customer experience, and maximize team collaboration. She is passionate about elevating property management and helping business owners’ level up their businesses through a blend of proven best practices and innovation.
As a self-proclaimed nerd, Kelli has enjoyed digging into PropTech tools to find their breaking point and helping our vendor partners shape their systems, tools, and processes to better meet our industry needs. With her intimate knowledge of the available technologies in this space, she has been able to assist hundreds of property management companies define their tech stack, build automations and integrations, overcome technology hurdles, and implement the right tools for their unique operations.
Kelli is currently serving on the NARPM Utah board and the NARPM Women’s Council. She is also a Licensed General Contractor, Real Estate Agent, and IREM Certified Property Manager.
