James Alderson is a graduate of Wayland Baptist University and an entrepreneur doing business in Real Estate for over 20 years. Living in Canyon Lake, Texas, his goal was to live where he wants to live and manage as many doors as he could manage by himself for the rest of his life. Now at retirement age, James is managing properties for investors in and around the San Antonio area. James has commented on several occasions that joining NARPM was the best decision of his business life. “NARPM not only changed my business, but that organization also change my life.” He is a past president of the local San Antonio chapter, on the board of the Texas Hill Country Chapter as well as a past president and charter member of the Texas State Chapter. James’ love for NARPM and the property management industry was the drive for him to move into educating others on how to grow a successful property management business.
