I am a co-founder of One Focus Property Management, LLC which provides comprehensive property management services to real estate investors in the greater Williamsport, PA area. Our team manages the financial, leasing and maintenance operations for a portfolio of single and multi-family properties. My passion is bringing education to landlords on how to manage their properties with lower risk and higher returns. There isn't enough reliable information on property management for the average landlord and I seek to fill that gap. When you empower landlords you increase returns, make their day to day lives better and they serve their tenants better.
